I am sure you have gone through the basic Web ADI Tutorial Oracle Web Adi :

or don’t know how to setup your Microsoft
Excel for Web Adi, you are at the right place. This will solve all
your problems like Run-time error ‘1004’: Method‘VBProject’
of object ‘_Workbook’ failed etc. Just blindly follow the steps given below and
99.99% of your problems are be resolved.
Internet explorer settings
For the Web ADI to work properly you will also need to do
some settingsat internet explorer. First thing first, check whether the
oracle application (Prod/DEV url) is selected as trusted website or not. To
check the same open internet explorer » Tools » Internet Options »
Security Tab » Click on Trusted Sites » Click on Sites » Add your
application URL
Now do some more setting related to your internet explorer as
follow
1. Navigate to Tools –> Internet Options –> Security –>
Internet –> Custom Level –> And do settings as follow
» Click on the

2. Navigate to Tools –> Internet Options –> Security –>
Local Intranet–> Custom Level –> And do settings as follow

Microsoft Excel Related Setups
Once you are done with the internet explorer settings its
time to move on Excel. Setting below will help to resolve many issues including
the most common error “Run-time error 91″. To do these settings just
open any blank excel, remembersettings are
same for Excel 2007, 2010 and 2013, and click on File » Option » Trust Center »
You will see an image like below (screenshots are from excel 2013)
Once you click on Trust
Center Settings you will see many sections at your left hand
side. Most commonly they will be as follow. Just click on these tabs one by one
and do the changes accordingly.

You need not to change any thing over here. Just leave it
as is.

You may wish to add a location for your Web ADI. Just create a
folder “WebADI” in your C drive and select the same as your trusted Locations
